Hard to tell from the picture but that doesn't look like almost 4 deg of camber.
Can you take better pics level with the horizon? Take a pic of the spc cams
Lowering an inch should get you in the 2-2.5ish degree with the stock arms. The SPC arms have a ton of adjustment and should easily cover that range.
