There is nothing tune can do with oil overheating (except cutting power down), so that's the area you should care about/improve upon.
One can improve capability of rad (not bottleneck) via ducting or hood vents .. but what's a point, if ecu tune just will engage fan later/for shorter time interval/at lesser speeds to compensate? :/
Fans dont do much when the car is moving, OP hasnt specified if he is overheating standing still or when in movement, but something to consider.
