Widebody Fender Liner solution?

Hey everyone,

Now that I've installed my wide angle steering kit, I'm having even more issues with my front tires rubbing on both the outer fender and inside fender liner on full lock, so I've decided to get wheel spacers and wider front fenders like the Todoroki ones.

Since this is my DD, I'd like to keep/replace the fender liners. Will I still be able to keep the OEM liners on when I install wider fenders? Does anyone have any ideas for filling in the extra 30mm gap? I'm mostly worried about rust and debris getting into the engine bay. What does everyone else with a widebody kit do about this?

As you can see without the fender liners, there's pretty big holes leading into the engine bay
