Why would they be more transparent? They do not owe explanations to anybody. They employ thousands of professionals to analyze the markets and determine what the
majority want and what they will or will not build. Unlike the internet experts opinion that the companies are all just dumb and there is one guy in a dark room making decisions there is a rather complex science to it. A vocal minority is still a minority no matter how much they scream "BUT I WANT..."
