I usually take Creatine for @3 months then quit it. I only got back on it to meet my strength goals faster. I will quit ZMA soon.. I've already cycled off for 3 weeks but I am back on it for a few more weeks. I will continue to use ON Amino Energy as a pre-workout and Protein post-workout.
Edit: I forgot to mention I only take supplements on workout days. Any day I miss or the weekend I do not take supplements. The only exception has been ZMA.
