yes its a legal cause a lot of the Benz have there euro fog lights on the left side of the brake light...I use to turn it on almost every night I went out some where lol
As for using it as a brake light I see why not...we just didn't do it cause there just meant to have it on at night...also like i said were making a switch for it...just in case you didn't want it on all the time...but i have to say....I really don't want the switch haha I LOVE IT ON!!!
