When we went to the Motul 300v we switched to the 5w30 and even that was getting to 275+
When running that hot, I would feel more comfortable running 5w30 or even 5w40 as they will start to thin out at those temps down to a 20 weight anyway. Really though I would not want to see temps above 230 on track, and preferably 215 would be best.
