That image is from the OEM, factory staff training manual in japan, not a magazine (at least I think). Maybe I'm wrong?

I imagine they will be one of the many JDM options that we do not get here in the US.

Also in that same manual, they have the weight listed for the wheels.

The OEM 17" are 20.3 lbs

The OEM 16" are 15.7 lbs, but appear to only be 6.5" width. I may be wrong on this though, as it looks fuzzy and hard to read.
