The car was designed around 16x7 wheels with 205/55 sized tires. Only the USA gets 17" wheels I believe.

Looks like the 16"x6.5" wheels are base model wheels, you don't get an LSD with those so idk if the car is "designed around them" but Fair point that they are standard and on many frz86s, really 18 is for looks at this point for this platform. Seems like a cost and comfort option along with "you're going to buy your own wheels anyway" which was the point of the RA
