Everyone has their own definition of what chassis is. I think we are now very offtopic.

The question was what the 86 chassis could be used for, and in my opinion itt wont be used on the FT-1. FT-1 will either be RC-F (as stated above) or LF-LC.

I believe it may be the LF-LC. Lexus confirmed that the LF-LC will be made. Where the underpinnings for the LF-LC come from, I dont know, but an article suggested the existing LS platform may be modified for it. Another one suggest a brand new platform..no one will know till official facts and figures are announced anyway.

I assume the LF-LC will end up being the new SC and it would not be illogical to assume that the FT-1 MAY be based of that (looking at the history of the two cars). All of this is speculation till more information is revealed by Toyota/Lexus.
