I will say that Manhiem MMR (the value that dealers pay at auctions for BRZs) on your MY14 with 48k for mileage is $13,200.00 in a window of 12.5 to 13.8.

So the average dealership is buying a 2014 BRZ at auctions in the northeast of the country around 13k. That is what it is worth to them for wholesale or trade in value. Retail on your car is likely 15k, give or take. MMR value is just a tool, it is true what others are telling you. Your car is worth what others will pay. But selling a car is always a sobering reality.

What would you pay for a 4 year old BRZ with 50k miles that was likely purchased for 25k to 27k in 2013 or early 2014.

I wouldn't pay 17k for one personally. Best of luck in your sale.
