Just pretend you're the buyer for an hour or two and go find your comps, then price your shit accordingly. Ultimately it doesn't matter what KBB says: your car is worth what the next guy is willing to pay for it.

and if your local market is higher realize many people will just not buy anything from it. I bought my car from someone that lived 6 hours away to get the price I wanted, and if i had to I would have gone further.
