Looks like you have some oxidation happening on your gel coat that covers the carbon fiber!
Few choices:
1. Meguiar`s #49, HD Oxidation Remover
2. Wet sand it 2000 and polish it, but it will comeback
3. wet sand it to 400 or 600 and get a 2K clearcoat over it. That haze will never come back I guarantee you.
