The tune will take care of the CEL. As for the tune OFH, that's the beauty of it. The header designs are physically so similar that you can actually make use of the OFH specific tune. I know that people, myself included, have data logged it, and it runs without a hitch. I run mine on Ultra 94, as the tune calls for higher octane fuels.
