I don't mind going back and arguing, but what would you suggest I have them do / check?
I have attached a partial picture of the engine bay for those who were asking. Also the exhaust is aftermarket, looks like some kind of burnt tipped ARK exhaust that I've seen a handful of others with based on the pics posted here...
