Well we did the clutch install today, took just under 2 hours..

Yes..under 2 hours. The joys of a lift and two very friendly mechanics (my dad and his friend.. watching 50+ year old best friends working together on a car is great)

Now to break her in nicely. Bye bye terrible chatter from the stock clutch springs.

Regarding the shifter removal, it takes like 30 minutes or less..so it was worth doing it to be sure.
