Schumacher isn't, Mansell isn't, Raikkonen isn't, Senna wasn't, Prost isn't, Alonso isn't. Every year traction control has been allowed a car with traction control wins the championship.
Unless you meant commercially available mass produced consumer systems, in which case I agree, those systems aren't designed for speed.
