i would wait. Only times you should consider it unless youre at the interval would be if your car isn't starting up right away, misfiring, running weird, bad fuel economy, etc..
theres alot that problems that should be apparent when you got bad spark plugs.
i did mine at 62k and when i took off the old ones, they looked worn sure but still usable for probably at least 20k more miles so yea you should be fine.
