Will do. I have at my disposal a fully furnished metal fabrication shop as well as my pretty good assortment of tools at home so it's just going to be the struts and a little time for the mount.
I never said
everybody should all do it themselves if they don't have the capability/time/tools/etc but I don't foresee this really being a strain to get on the first shot. It's pretty much one of
the easier things on a car that can be fabricated at home with a couple purchases online. This isn't like making a new headlight or seat here. 90% of what we need is right off Amazon.
Maybe if you live in an apartment with no space/tools and have never even touched a wrench to an engine this might seem like easier to just drop the cash but I think coming up with a hood
strut kit here is like taunting a baker to make a chocolate chip cookie since it is so difficult.
