Lower it first, a lip kit or wheels with stock height looks cheesy... While a lowered car with stock everything else looks fine.

You can get away with Eibach prokits on stock shocks. I had an alignment done afterwards and was still within a acceptable camber/toe/caster specs.

Springs are about $200, install yourself, spend ~$100 on an alignment and done. I rarely ever scrape with the prokit, it's really only on steep driveway entrances.

So maybe you can pull off the lip kit and springs if you can handle the install.
