Both seat heaters are fused independently. SEAT HTR LH and SEAT HTR RH.

It's OK to replace the fuse, but if it blows again you'll have to replace the heater as it's likely shorted, you wouldn't want to keep replacing fuses and using the heater or worse, use a higher amp fuse and burning a hole in the seat.
