Brand new lightweight wider wheels + stickier tires for $1500
Get some interior bits here and there for $200
If you really want something special, wait for the actual STi. Who knows how long that's going to take, but don't spend extra $ on the Series Blue. Not really worth it imo.
And for that specific car you are talking about, FORGET ABOUT IT.
