Deleting the sound tube does not lose power, what lost power was allowing the car the cool off between runs. Pcasso if you have a chance do back to back runs with out letting the car cool offf once the sound tube has been removed. When I dyno'd my car the last of three back to back pulls always showed the highest torque and horsepower figures, and once I let the car cool off, I was back to square one, even after removing the sound tube. Scientifically, do three runs, back to back to back. Do not let the car cool off, then do three back to back to back runs with the tube removed, all you have to do is disconnect it, and install the plug (taking the time to completely remove it will allow the car to cool off. I learned this from experience.
