I already made a thread on SupraForums asking this question. Below is propbaly one of the best answers I got.

That is 100% bullshit. The SC and MK4 are very closely related, but the LS400 is a completely different animal. It has a vastly different suspension, control arm, knuckle pattern, different steering parts, vastly different subframes, different differential patterns (in the UCF10, anyway, the later LS's used the same pumpkins that GS's/SC's used, but that's after the SC and MK4 were made) the LS is front sump vs the SC/MK4's mid-rear sump, etc. The only thing that bolts on to an SC or MK4 that comes from an LS that I'm aware of are the 95+ 4 piston front brake calipers, and the rear differentials found in 97-03ish LS400/LS430's, depending on the rear end ratio you want.
Otherwise they're different cars.
