There are folks well w/ in driving distance that wouldn't post or look on CL.
The approach is to get an enthusiast audience.
I'm a reasonable guy, if someone PM'ed or posted: "Hey I've got $X, and can be there in Y days, is that something you'd consider?" It would go a lot further. That hasn't happened yet.
Money is worth more than your opinion. You've already got a car, move along.
