@Tcoat - the regional thing, imo doesn't mean as much as it used to. Online advertising and pricing means more options to more people. It's easier to access good deals now. I have personally flown to Texas, buy a vehicle and drive it back. I willingly drove over six hours once for my corvette. That same corvette someone flew from new jersey to buy and drive it back. I sold my camaro to someone in mexico. It's all relative but I feel "region" is a much smaller issue than it used to be.
That is certainly a thing but most buyers are not looking to travel for many reasons. Regional demand still dictates regional prices. The reason you went so far was because the price and availability was in that region. The fact people travel only supports my statement not counters it.
