I am sick of this voice recording too... I wanted to inquire about an item I've bought and wanted to change to another item before it was shipped...
I am disappointed so far with the lack of communication/assistance; I've e-mailed them this morning and haven't got a reply back yet, I am super nervous about it now as they do charge for cancellation and even more for a re-stock fee after it's been shipped... Not to mention re-shipping it back.
My first time buying from them and I'm kind of regretting it to say the least.
