Thanks for posting. I went a different route:

Ordered online from a forum sponsor.
Put in trunk of car and drove to dealer for first Scion Boost service.
Mentioned "hey I got these but we never got them installed can you do it when you rotate the tires?"
Drive off later with them installed.
