I've got the same AZ6 6MT in my Altezza & I run Redline MT-90 in it. It's the perfect oil for this transmission IMO, much better than the factory fill. Amsoil MTG is another worth looking at.
I don't have any issues with cold shifting but the coldest it gets here on a winters morning is @ 35°F
