Seriously, I think FR-S stands for "f#$%ing rotten seats", but after spending some time and effort on lumbar support, they are "okay". I can drive cross country in some of my other cars that are equipped with Recaro sport seats and feel fresh as a daisy, these... not so much.
The rest of the car is fine, the blind spots are manageable (and +1 on the mirror adjustment suggestion) and I don't have any issue with it over rough roads, it seems to respond well to them, but my previous DD to this was a 2011 MCS so the comparison my be a bit slanted.
