No holes drilled in my car and it didn't come with bolts. It came with enough tape to do the outer "ring" of tape, but I bought tape locally to add the tape "triangles" in the front corners. A local guy @
PA-86 has the same spoiler and has gone a lot faster than I have with no issues, lol.
