So much confiicting information, I don't know what to believe. I guess I'll just have to go full catless, flash the OFT OTS Stage 2 tune, and see if it shows emissions readiness.

If you look at my signature it's the CNT UEL it's catless, might have something to do with the location of the second sensor as steve99 said.
