OP never said he had over heating issues with coolant or oil. I am not sure why you are all mentioning oil coolers and hood vents etc.
Similar to the Ace solution, HKS Kansai do them as part of an intake setup.

I don't think it would be too hard to fab up your own out of aluminium sheet if you were keen.
