Things to consider that affect power.
1 Gas quality, even if the pump says E85 it could be E60
2 HUMIDITY!!!! High Humidity will kill the power... These little 4bangers hate it..
3 Heat will knock some power off....
4 After market parts. Even if you already tuned it and then you add something it will throw off the tune....
5 And lastly lack of maintenance.... Dirty air filter, bad fuel,ect.
