One thing we'd like you to check is the metal sleeve inserts in the bushing. Do they seem like they're longer than the bushing? If it's not that, maybe something wasn't tightened up?

I'll check the metal sleeves today, prior to installment I believe the sleeves were not longer than the bushing.
