This thread looks like its dying.
Anyways. I got a letter in the mail from Subaru stating that my vehicle is chosen to do a emission testing conducted by a contracted Engineering company in Ann Arbor. It is up to me if I want to comply.
They will lend me a 2014 Subaru (model not specified) as a loaner for the duration of the testing. They will also pay 200 dollars after the test.
The test will be conducted between Oct-Dec and will take up to three weeks. The car will be in a rolling dyno most of the testing and will accumulate up to 200 miles after the test. Any parts that need to be replaced for better emission will be replaced. The car will be cleaned and topped up on fuel after.
Any opinions or know anything about it? I am not going to do it but I figured i'd share it.
