You are allowed everything in SP, but...

- cant cut or flare fenders
- can't weld subframe connectors, but you can bolt them in
- no SP spoiler/splitter
- no tiny clutch/flywheel, but you can still do clutch/flywheel
- can't do anything with master cylinder/brake booster

So you still have update/backdate, you still may want to do a clutch/flywheel, still have the opportunity to look at ITB's, intake tuning, more open engine management, more open exhaust rules, lighter seats, no a/c and radio, etc, etc, etc.
