Your best bet is our front Essex/AP Racing Endurance Competition BBK. We have plenty of customers running 350+RWHP on our smaller Sprint Kit (299mm disc), but the larger disc in the Endurance Kit is going to give you greater headroom for future modifications to the car. You'd be able to turbo the LS and still not have to worry about your brakes. Our Endurance kit uses a wicked 325x32mm, 72 vane AP Racing J Hook. That disc actually has the same mass as our larger 355x32mm discs, and packs the biggest punch you can cram into a small space. We have those 325mm discs and our CP8350 calipers on plenty of 500-600HP Corvettes, Evos, etc. without issues. It is an extremely stout setup. Below are a couple examples of very fast, heavier cars, with big, sticky tires winning with our CP8350 calipers and 325x32mm discs:

Again, all of the above are running our CP8350 and 325x32mm disc. You absolutely don't need anything larger or heavier than that.

A couple of the really killer features:
  • It's compact. Even though it has a huge amount of thermal mass, it is small in diameter and clears a ton of wheels.
  • The whole package is lightweight. Even though the disc is beefy, our Endurance Kit shaves 5 lbs. of unsprung weight off of both sides vs. the OEM brakes, saving 10 unsprung lbs. off the nose of the car.
  • It comes with a super trick caliper bracket that integrates a brake duct (see below). That will save you a good deal of money, and you'll know you have a properly designed duct solution that puts the air where it needs to be.
  • It uses 20mm thick pads, and can take a pad with a radial depth up to 50mm. That means the kit has a large pad volume to absorb heat and provide outstanding pad wear.
  • Our kits use one hex bolt for incredibly fast and easy pad changes.
The Stillen/AP Racing kits are nice, but they are very much a street-focused product. The calipers in the pic you posted weigh over 50% more than the CP8350 caliper we use, they have very limited racing pad options, aluminum pistons, dust boots, no AKB springs, etc. The discs are massive and heavy in that kit as well, and that whole kit is going to be heavier than OEM, and be tough to fit inside small, lightweight wheels.

The rear brakes typically aren't problematic on these cars, even with significant power upgrades, swaps, etc. Your far better off installing the best front BBK you can afford, which is what I believe we offer. Our front kit is designed to properly integrate with the OEM master cylinder and rear brakes, and will integrate seamlessly with ABS while maintaining proper brake bias/balance.
