We do 4 heats 3+ runs each, and you run two, 1/3 or 2/4. Even out temp and other weather, clean course, etc somewhat. With enough people you only work one, and heats are split so 2 driver cars don't have any less time between runs than anyone else.
Our champ days are done with 1 4 run session
if you run 1 you work 2, and if you work 1 you run 2, so theres effectively a "morning" or Afternoon run group with no bleed over
the downside is the Workers for group 2 ( run group 1) stay for the junior karts. We are seeing 200 plus people at events so this is what we did.

I wish on practice days we spread out the runs. I feel like running 10 back to back isnt indicative of real conditions. cause my tires are always over hot by run 6-9.
