I installed the setup per original write up (I think) and I’m noticing zero difference and looking at what I’ve done, it makes no sense either. It’s essentially running in parallel to the heater core return line?

Somebody correct me if I’m understanding this wrong.

EDIT: Nevermind, oil this oil cooler makes such a small difference you won’t be able to see it without data logging. Source, this thread: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=93127

Also, Vibrant Performance 11417 works well for the M14x1.5 to hose barb fitting.
