Not only is the gas being pumped from the bottom of the tank the second you accelerate, stop, turn or hit a bump the fuel is all mixed up anyway. It is physics 101. If you have particles in the tank that are heavy enough to settle to the bottom and stay there then how full it may be is the least of your worries.
