My last question is this springs are a symmetrical, meaning the left one when looking from above us exactly like the right one - they’re not mirror images so which way do I rotate the assembly? Do I keep them both pointed the same direction so the lower pigtails point the same way or do I turn one 180 grease out. Or does it even matter.

You want the spring pig tail 5mm from the indentation on the lower spring perch, and it doesn’t matter how the spring sits in the upper spring perch.
That’s weird your springs don’t say L or R on them, if they both look identical I don’t think it matters which side they go on.
