I'm sure if you punch the BRZ/FRS in 2nd gear at around 4-5k you'll feel something, maybe a light breeze? Kidding...

I do this in my Civic and I get pushed back a little.

My Mini Cooper S Auto also pushes you back a bit from a stop, but both are no match to cars like the AMG SLK, C5 Vette, or Camaro SS that I've driven.
