Like other posters have said, most intakes are pretty easy, just simple tools and re-set ECU by unhooking the battery while installing so the new intake flow is properly set for the best running conditions.
I have installed a few in my other cars (including a pretty good tear down for a 350Z Nismo intake set out of the engine bay)
I live in Modesto by Enoch HS, and will be wrenching on my 240z for the next couple of days, still on vacay until school resumes. PM if you need some help, I am sure we could work something out!
