Here's one guy that I believe was on RE71R's for this event, and is a really quick/consistent driver. Look at the practice laps, boxed by time (practice is run as one session all monring, but you'll see his actual runs are ~1 hour apart)

They're a great choice, there's some other good ones too especially if not competing.



i will keep my mouth zipped until the next track day with my alignment ready, and show the result.


most driver are using re71r for people around from newbie to advance
one driver is using r888r or r888 who is driving r35 gtr

however, re71r is cheaper in my area.
so far as know, no matter wut u do. the re71r only hold 2 track day before u find out it is pointless to keep lapping with them
4-5 section 20-25mins lapping on each track day


no matter wut, it is all come down to the track layout.

in my opinion, the re71r will get into working temperature very fast like 1-2 laps. the grip keeps linear until u cool it down, and then u will notice the grip a bit less compare before.
