The AVO valve that is inserted into the PCV hose - Is thiis the PCV valve or a check valve for one directional airflow?
I believe that's the PCV valve.
Should I reinstall the stock PCV Valve before installing the Radium kit?
If your turbo I'd keep the AVO PCV it got upgraded for Turbo pressures.
What is the ID of the AVO hose connected to the AVO block fitting?
Didn't use the AVO fitting to I can't say on last one.
Thanks man! I was thinking I would just reinstall the stock PCV valve and use a check valve between the manifold and catch can to stop from pressurising the crank case.

So flow would go like this:
Crank Case -> stock PCV valve -> Catch can -> Check valve -> manifold

Will this work? Remember, I'll have another catch can for the breather hose.
