even a aftermarket dual exhaust will save about 10lbs from stock. it doesnt need to be single exit to lose weight. my j2 dual exhaust saved about 15lbs if i remember correctly. but saving weight is not my goal.
while making the delete i keep my goals in mind...
my goal is....
1) make sure no one can ever sit in the back seats (i dont like packing my car with heads, i even made my 98 and 99 explorer a 2 seater.
2) make it look clean enough that someone might ask if it was an option from the factory.
3) keep weight low without worring about going a few pounds over what the stock components weigh.
4) have a lockable storage compartment (since subaru couldnt put a friggin lock on the glove box)
5) get some bass out of the system
6) bass
7) BASS
did i mention bass?
