Take a piece of round stock and cut it down to the diameter of the new throttle body bore, for an inch or two. Take the round stock to a mill and cut a 7* angle in the end. ==\ Kinda like that. Layout, drill and tap two holes in the same location as the holes in the throttle bodies shaft, the holes that will hold the plate to the shaft. Bolt a piece of brass plate to the end of the jig you just made and put the jig back in the lathe. Turn the plate down to the diameter of the jig without cutting into the jig itself. Profit. Now, if only I could access get access to a machine shop.
