That lean code you have is most commonly associated with vacuum leaks, exhaust leaks, and sometimes an incorrectly scaled maf on an aftermarket intake. I suggest you first check all of your intake and exhaust connections then have a look at the fuel trims. The code is typically triggered when your fuel trims peg positive. IIRC i think once it gets to +30 it'll throw the code.
