1. I always liked the Perrin 19mm. I have run the TRD front bar for the past couple seasons which has worked well. I would avoid the Hotchkis bar because I thought it was too stiff. If you can extend your budget by a bit, I think the Karcepts bar is the one to buy.
2. Enkei RPF1? I always thought it was tough to find a lightweight and strong 17x7.5 option even without needing to clear Brembos. You should be able to run 235 or 245 on 7.5 rims though!
